About Us
Mini Cakes and More is a small family business founded in 2022. Our business is a Delco-based micro bakery, owned and operated by us, the Lees: Ashley (wife), Vernon (husband), and our four amazing children. Both my husband and I were raised in Media, Delaware County, and we have chosen to raise our own family here as well.
Ashley graduated from the Philadelphia Art Institute’s culinary school in 2012, specializing in pastries. Since then, she has been baking from home for a close-knit network of family and friends, continuously perfecting her craft. Vernon is a food retail manager with over 20 years of experience.
Together, we make up the perfect team, primed for success, which has led to the birth of Mini Cakes and More. We are a fun, forward-thinking bakery that is pushing the limits of how you experience baked goods.
We’re not your typical bakery. Yes, we sell birthday cakes, cookies, and seasonal pies, but we also offer catering, providing your guests with a fun, interactive experience. For instance, our cupcake bar allows your guests to build their own cupcakes from start to finish: choosing the cupcake flavor, icing, and a variety of toppings like cookie crumbles, sprinkles, chocolate sauce and mini(lol) more.
We're not just limited to the cupcake bar experience! If you're looking to offer your guests of all ages an engaging, interactive experience with Mini Cakes and More that they'll rave about, don't hesitate to contact us.
Additionally, we provide drop-off catering services, including morning pastry trays, sweet treats, and cookie trays, all pre-packaged for easy grab-and-go enjoyment while you work.
